PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system capable of preventing supply of excessively high temperature warm water. SOLUTION: A hot-and-cold water mixing valve 14 is provided for mixing hot water H and cold water C to produce warm water M. The hot-and-cold water mixing valve 14 has a single mixing valve element 44 opening and closing a hot water passage 13 for the hot water H and an introduction passage 15 for the cold water, and a mixing valve driving part 45 driving the mixing valve element 44 in response to a temperature of the produced warm water M. A stirrer 1 is provided for stirring hot water H and cold water C having passed the hot-and-cold water mixing valve 14 by rapidly increasing then reducing a passage area, in a warm water lead-out passage 21 from the hot-and-cold water mixing valve 14.
