PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable farm implement provided with a locking device automatically locking an apron on a shield cover in folding a working part to a center part side. SOLUTION: A center section of the longitudinal direction of a puddling harrow being a farm implement is vertically-movably fitted in on a rear part of a tractor through a coupler. The working parts extending both right and left side from the center part are foldable to the center parts 5, wherein the puddling harrow is provided with shield covers 15, 15a and aprons 16, 16a on the outer periphery of a rotary working part. A locking device 21 as a locking device locks the apron 16a of the right and left working parts automatically to the shield cover 15a in folding the working parts 6L, 6R to the center part side 5, and automatically releases the locking of the shield cover 15a from the apron 16a when developing the working parts in working state.
