<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg beating apparatus, efficiently beating a raw egg in a short time in cooking a bowl of rice topped with cooked chicken and eggs. <P>SOLUTION: This egg beating apparatus 10 includes a cylindrical drum part 11 in which a plurality of raw eggs are thrown; and a cutter part 12 provided at the bottom 11a of the drum part 11 to beat the raw eggs 1 and pass the raw egg downward. A pusher 13 can be inserted from above the drum part 11 into the drum part 11, and the raw eggs 1 in the drum part 11 are pushed in by the pusher 13.
