<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for calculating a combination of fuel and fuel additive, capable of reducing the cost for setting a facility for mixing the fuel with the fuel additive while omitting the process of purchasing the fuel additive independently by each power plant. <P>SOLUTION: Based on information input to an input part 11, an optimum combination of fuel and fuel additive is selected in reference to various pieces of information stored in a storage part 10, and most inexpensive transportation of the fuel and fuel additive from storage places of the fuel and fuel additive to a power plant possessed by a customer is instructed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
