PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software reliability prediction device, capable of predicting the finding efficiency of a bug with high accuracy, and a software reliability prediction program therefor. SOLUTION: The software prediction device 50 includes a reliability development curve correction part 54 and a reliability development curve display part 58. The correction part 54 specifies a specific test man-hour. The correction part 54 forms, when the number of specific test man-hour is two or more, information showing a relation between independent variable and slave variable for a correction function. The correction part 54 controls the display part 57 so as to output, when the number of specific test man-hour is less than 2, a graph showing a reliability development curve, and output, when the number of specific test man-hour is two or more, a graph for the correction function.
