<p>A metal base material is embedded in a diffusion coating agent comprising a metal oxide, an active metal and a catalytic compound and the resulting product is heat-treated, thereby producing an oxidation-resistant alloy coating film comprising a metal constituting the metal oxide and the active metal. The metal oxide may be Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>, Cr<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>, SiO<SUB>2</SUB>, or the like. The active metal may be Hf, Zr, Y, Ti, La, Ce, Mg, Ca or the like. The catalytic metal may be NH<SUB>4</SUB>Cl, NH<SUB>4</SUB>F, HCl, NaCl, NaF or the like. The metal base material may be Ni, a Ni-based alloy, a Fe-based alloy, a Co-based alloy or the like. The heat treatment may be carried out at 700 to 1340ºC for 1 minute to 25 hours in an atmosphere of an inert gas or hydrogen gas.</p> |
