PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy recovery device provided with: an exhaust throttle valve arranged on an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine; and an accumulating vessel communicated with an upstream side than the exhaust throttle valve in the exhaust passage, the energy recovery device which prevents reduction of a pressure in the accumulating vessel. SOLUTION: The energy recovery device is provided with the exhaust throttle valve 56 arranged on the exhaust passage 28, and the accumulating vessel 64 communicated with the upstream side than the exhaust throttle valve 56 in the exhaust passage 28, and is structured so as to heat an inside of the accumulating vessel 64 by using heat of the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust passage 28.
