<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sushi which contains a collagen-added vinegar to reduce the characteristic fish smell of the collagen and can be eaten together with the collagen effective for beautiful skins, beauty, and health to simultaneously obtain a delicious taste, the beautiful skins, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This sushi is characterized by using vinegar rice cooked with a collagen-added vinegar.
