PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal replacement of harness while the harness is kept removable. SOLUTION: A base plate 40 is supported to freely rotate between a locking position for making the back confront an inmost wall 52 of a casing 16 and the erect position for making the back substantially vertical to the inmost wall 52. The base plate lock mechanism 54 includes a lock member 58 which can freely move between the lock position for locking the base plate 40 in the locking position and the unlock position for releasing the above locking. A connector cover 42 is slid toward the fixed end of the base plate 40 and fitted to the base plate 40 to cover the connector 44, and it is slid toward the free end of the base plate 40 and detached. The connector cover 42 is so constructed that when the base plate 40 is locked in the locking position, the connector cover is regulated from moving toward the free end by a side wall 86 of the casing 16 to disable detachment, and when the base plate 40 is moved to the erect position by releasing the above locking, the connector cover can be detached.
