WIND STATE MEASURING SYSTEM AND WIND STATE MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind state measuring system and a wind state measuring method capable of measuring a wind state accurately while requiring a small burden in installation and a small footprint. SOLUTION: This wind state measuring system is constituted of a balloon 12; a first measuring rope 14, a second measuring rope 16 and a third measuring rope 18 for connecting the balloon 12 to the ground surface; a pressure sensor 20 for measuring a tension of each measuring rope; a tilt angle measuring device 22 for measuring a tilt angle from the vertical direction of the first measuring rope 14; and a calculation device 23 for calculating a wind force applied to the balloon 12 based on each tension applied respectively to the first to third measuring ropes measured by the pressure sensor 20 and the tilt angle measured by the tilt angle measuring device 22.
