PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the weight of a droplet, while keeping constant a linear relation between a driving voltage at a discharge head and the discharge weight of the droplet. SOLUTION: This weight measuring method is characterized by having the first measuring process for discharging a liquid object as droplets into a weight measuring mechanism relative to each head 10, and measuring the weight of the discharged liquid object; a condition changing process for changing a discharge condition of the head based on a measurement result, when a numerical value out of a range of a prescribed specification exists in the measurement result of the weight in the first measuring process; and the second measuring process for discharging the liquid object as droplets into the weight measuring mechanism from a nozzle relative to each head in the same order as the case in the first measuring process after the condition changing process, and measuring the weight of the discharged liquid object relative to each head 10.
