PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of improving visibility of a cab window, and capable of improving an aesthetic appearance and rigidity of a cover member. SOLUTION: A cab floor part 34 of a cab 15 is displaceably installed in a turning frame 31 via a vibration control mount 33 for controlling can vibration. A bumper 38 is fixed to a front end part in the cab floor part 34 via an installation member 35, and a driving part 42 of a wiper device 25 for a lower window is incorporated inside this bumper 38 via an installation plate 40. The bumper 38 is arranged in a formed shape of separating a front end part of a skirt 32 from the skirt 32. A shaft through-hole 39 is bored in thus bumper 38, and a wiper movable part 44 for wiping the lower window 22 of the cab 15, is installed on a wiper shaft 43 extracted to an external part via the shaft through-hole 39 from the driving part 42.
