PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab-like panel for a floor slab or a covering plate, using a channel member, which is joined and integrated without the use of welding, and a manufacturing method for the slab-like panel. SOLUTION: In this wholly-integrated slab-like panel for the floor slab or the covering plate, using the channel member, the plurality of channel members 1 with a flange 33 and a web portion are juxtaposed in parallel in a direction orthogonal to its longitudinal direction; an opening 6 is provided in the web portion of the channel member 1; a rod-like member 7 such as a steel pipe, a reinforcing bar and bar steel is inserted throughout each opening 6; the channel members 1 are arranged in such a manner as to come into contact with each other, or an elastic material 17 for preventing leakage in the placing of concrete is arranged on a surface where the channel members 1 are brought into contact with each other; and a hardening material 8 with the passage of time such as the concrete is infilled into a space which is enclosed with the channel member 1.
