<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired expected printing mode by changing the mode of an image previewed prior to printing. <P>SOLUTION: An image display unit 7 displays thereon image data in accordance with a plurality of block regions. An image selection unit 9 accepts selection for a displayed arbitrary block region and selection for a modification in the picture mode of image data corresponding to the selected block region. An image processing unit 11 performs modification processing on the picture mode of the image data corresponding to the selected block region and displays the image data on the image display unit 7. When the modified image data displayed on the image display unit 7 are selected to be determined, an image selection unit 11 replaces a non-magnified image data portion with the relevant modified image data of which the picture mode has been modified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
