PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching regulator, a DC-DC converter and a power supply unit, capable of restraining fluctuations in output ripple voltage due to input/output conditions or an L value of an inductor, and facilitating optimization of the output ripple voltage corresponding to the L value of the inductor. SOLUTION: The switching regulator 100 includes a timer circuit 120 which sets ON time for a switching device 102 corresponding to a voltage gap between the input DC voltage and the output DC voltage, and a storage device 130 which stores a time setting parameter for switching the timer circuit 120 and provides the time setting parameter with the timer circuit 120 corresponding to inductance of the inductor 104. The storage device 130 provides the timer circuit 120 with the time setting parameter which compensates for an increase in the output ripple voltage due to a decrease in the inductance of the inductor 104.
