PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure highly accurately a battery voltage near a discharge termination voltage. SOLUTION: This battery voltage measuring system 10 is equipped with an analog-digital (A-D) converter 6 to which a high voltage side reference voltage VRT and a low voltage side reference voltage VRB are supplied, for outputting a digital output value D<SB>out3</SB>corresponding to an input voltage VIN between the high voltage side reference voltage VRT and the low voltage side reference voltage VRB; a battery 5 for supplying a battery voltage V<SB>bat</SB>as the high voltage side reference voltage VRT to the A-D converter 6; a first power source 1 for supplying a first reference voltage V<SB>ref1</SB>as the input voltage VIN to the A-D converter 6; and a second power source 4 for supplying a second reference voltage V<SB>ref4</SB>as the low voltage side reference voltage VRB to the A-D converter 6.
