PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exfoliation protective structure of a tunnel lining inner surface, easy in construction, and capable of excellently preventing falling, even when a little large concrete broken piece and mass separate from the tunnel lining inner surface, in the exfoliation protective structure for preventing exfoliation of the tunnel lining inner surface such as lining concrete, for example, in an existing tunnel. SOLUTION: This exfoliation protective structure of the tunnel lining inner surface prevents the exfoliation by installing a net-like object 1 on the tunnel lining inner surface Fa, and is characterized by installing and supporting the net-like object 1 on and by the tunnel lining inner surface by an anchor 2 via a support metal fitting 3 by driving the anchor 2 in the tunnel lining inner surface Fa. An object of integrally arranging a leg part 3b projecting to the tunnel lining side in four corner parts of, for example, a substantially square metallic plate, can be used as the support metal fitting 3.
