PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing structure of whole culm-charging type combine harvester which can improve a threshing performance and a grain-recovering efficiency. SOLUTION: This threshing structure of whole culm-charging type combine harvester comprises a threshing cylinder 16 which is rotated on a support shaft 15 spun in a reaped grain straw-conveying direction to thresh reaped grain straws fed into a threshing chamber 14, and a ceiling plate 24 covering the upper side of the threshing cylinder 16, wherein a plurality of dust-conveying valves 49 for guiding the reaped grain straws on the downstream side of the threshing direction with the rotation of the threshing cylinder 16 are disposed on the ceiling plate 24. The threshing cylinder 16 comprises a main body-constituting member 47 for constituting the main body portion and a plurality of threshing teeth 48 outward projected from the main body-constituting member 47.
