<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock signal generator for generating a clock signal whose signal waveform deviation and whose phase distortion due to signal delay is hardly generated in clock signal transmission. <P>SOLUTION: This clock signal generator includes: a signal generation unit 20 that outputs a first clock signal composed of a single frequency component; and a phase angle detection unit 230 that decides the phase of the first clock signal by comparing a plurality of thresholds set within the amplitude value of the first clock signal with the instantaneous value of the first clock signal by a window comparator, and forms a second clock signal by determining the rising and/or falling edges of the signal according to the detected phase angles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
