PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify announcement information to be transmitted from radio base stations. SOLUTION: Information intrinsic to the respective radio base stations 101-1 to 101-7 are simultaneously transmitted from the plurality of radio base stations 101-1 to 101-7 as the announcement information. A mobile terminal 102 constituted to be connectable to the radio base stations 101-1 to 101-7 selects one radio base station among the plurality of radio base stations 101-1 to 101-7, based on the reception state of the announcement information simultaneously transmitted from the respective radio base stations 101-1 to 101-7.
