An oil level setting device for an automatic transmission is provided to easily set an oil level in a maintenance and production line to an optimum level. An oil level setting member(16) is mounted on a valve body cover(14) at a position corresponding to an oil level of an optimum height. The oil level setting member includes an oil outlet port(18) formed on the valve body cover, a main body(22) mounted in the oil outlet port and having an oil drain hole(20), and a sealing member(26) coupled to the main body through a spring(24) which is for opening or closing the oil drain hole. |
