A steering device with a casting for fixing a rack bar housing to a vehicle body is provided to reduce cost and to simplify an assembling process through omitting a welding process by forming a knurling processed part at an end of a rack bar housing and connecting a casting to the knurling processed part with force. In a steering device including a rack bar converting revolution of a steering wheel to linear movement, a rack bar housing accommodating the rack bar, and a mounting bracket fixing the rack bar housing to a vehicle body; a steering device with a casting for fixing a rack bar housing to a vehicle body comprises the followings: a knurling processed part formed on an end of an outer circumference of the rack bar housing; a casting(220) formed as the mounting bracket, to be inserted to the rack bar housing and coupled with the knurling processed part; and a mounting boss(230) formed integrally with the casting at a side of the casting. The casting is made of an aluminum alloy. The casting includes a rack bar housing connecting unit(260) with a through hole(250) and the mounting boss with a connecting hole(240).
