A portable power pack is provided to be utilized as a power source in various fields and achieve miniaturization, thus improving portability, by providing a fuel/air supply unit which is connected to a DME storage tank to supply fuel to an engine, and providing an engine which performs ignition, power, compression, and exhaust stroke using the fuel transmitted through the fuel/air supply unit. A portable power pack includes a DME fuel tank(100), a fuel/air supply unit(90), a micro-engine(20), a control panel(110), and a capacitor battery(120). The DME fuel tank stores DME fuel and supplies it to an external part. The fuel/air supply unit is superposed on the DME fuel tank, and mixes the fuel with the external air to supply the mixture to the engine. The micro-engine is placed on the fuel/air supply unit and is operated in a uniflow scavenging method to perform ignition and power stroke using the supplied fuel. The control panel functions to operate and control the uniflow scavenging micro-engine. The capacitor battery supplies power to a glow plug formed on the control panel and the micro-engine, and compensates for a variation of load current generated from the micro-engine. |
