KIDNEY-SPECIFIC GENE HMM05 ASSOCIATED WITH DEVELOPMENT OF KIDNEY CYST

A kidney-specific gene HMM05 associated with development of kidney cyst is provided to study cystogenesis mechanism of polycystic kidney disease(PKD), reduce false positive results in study of kidney cyst development, and diagnose and treat the development of kidney cyst caused by PKD. A kidney-specific gene HMM05 associated with development of kidney cyst has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. An HMM05 protein has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. A microarray for diagnosis of development of kidney cyst contains the kidney-specific gene HMM05 of SEQ ID NO:1, or an antibody against the HMM05 protein of SEQ ID NO:2.
