A time adjustment device, a timepiece with the time adjustment device, and a time adjustment method are provided to adjust the time based on time information including in a signal transmitted from a base station through a portable telephone communication network such as a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access). A time adjustment device includes a receiving unit, a display time information adjustment unit, and a location related information display unit. The receiving unit receives a specific signal including time information transmitted from a base station(15a). The display time information adjustment unit adjusts a display information unit(12) to represent the time based on the time information included in the specific signal. The location related information display unit displays the information related to the location of the base station. A location related information adjustment unit adjusts the location related information display unit based on the time information included in the specific signal. |
