METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING DATA FORMAT IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION AND TERMINAL THEREOF

A data constructing method for the wireless communication and a terminal thereof is provided to receive data through a shared data channel such as the HS-DSCH(High Speed-Dedicated Shared Channel) by means of the newly defined MAC(Medium Access Control) PDU(Packet Data Unit) format. A terminal receives the common identifier through a control channel related to a shared data channel(S12). Thereafter, a process for confirming whether a terminal dedicated identifier is included into the MAC(Medium Access Control) to a header of the MAC PDU transmitted through the shared data channel(S13). When the terminal dedicated identifier is included into the header of the MAC PDU, the terminal dedicated identifier is obtained and confirms that the terminal dedicated identifier with the dedicated identifier stored in the terminal are coincided with each other(S15). When the terminal dedicated identifiers are coincided with each other, the MAC PDU is processed(S16). The shared common data channel is an HS-DSCH and the control channel is an HS-SCCH(High Speed-Shared Control Channel).
