A time adjustment device, a timepiece with a time adjustment device, and a time adjustment method are provided to perform time adjustment based on time information included into a signal transmitted from a base station from a mobile phone communication network. A time adjustment device includes a receiving unit, a display time information adjustment unit, a base station identification information acquiring unit, and a time adjustment execution state determining unit. The receiving unit receives a specific signal including time information transmitted from a base station(15a). The display time information adjustment unit adjusts the display time information of a time information display unit(12) based on the time information. The base station identification information acquiring unit acquires the base station identification information included in the specific signal. The time adjustment execution state determining unit determines whether the display time information adjustment unit adjusts the display time information from the time information of the specific signal or not based on the base station identification information. |
