An electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic imaging device using the photoreceptor are provided to reduce the adhesion of a toner on the surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor in case of cleaning, thereby improving the quality of image. An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive supporter; and a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive supporter, wherein the difference between the surface free energy of the electrophotographic photoreceptor and the surface free energy of a toner used in development is 10.5 mN/m or less. Preferably the photosensitive layer comprises a charge generation layer comprising a charge generation material; and a charge transport layer comprising a charge transport material.
