An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag equipped with a metallic substrate is provided to apply to metallic or non-metallic products, and offer strength enough to protect an inlay tag by including the metallic substrate. A metallic substrate(1) has first and second faces(101,102) faced with each other, and a slot(11) extended from the first side to the second side. An inlay tag(2) is attached to the first side of the metallic substrate and is spanned to at least a part of the slot. A label sheet(4) displays barcode style visible product information(41), is made of a non-metallic material such as paper, and covers the first side of the metallic substrate and the inlay tag. The inlay tag includes an antenna(22) and a tag chip(21) electrically connected to the antenna. The antenna has first and second terminals(221,222) respectively attached to first and second attaching areas of the first side of the metallic substrate, and a middle part(223) interconnecting the first and second terminals, and snapped to at least a part of the slot of the metallic substrate. |
