METHOD OF SUPPORTING ARQ/HARQ IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method for supporting an ARQ(Auto Repeat reQuest)/HARQ(Hybrid Auto Repeat reQuest) in a wireless communication system is provided to use a wireless resource efficiently by preventing the wireless resource from being consumed in an HARQ operation process. A method for supporting an ARQ/HARQ in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: receiving a non-acknowledgement signal from a terminal in a response to a transmitted packet; transmitting scheduling information for indicating a change of wireless resource, which is pre-allocated for the transmission of the re-transmission packet, to the terminal; transmitting the re-transmission packet based on the scheduling information. The method for supporting the ARQ/HARQ in the wireless communication system uses a multi carrier wave.
