A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to fix a guide rod by using an elastic member instead of a bolt, and to form a protrusion on the guide rod to perform the separation of the guide roller. A disc brake for a vehicle includes a caliper housing(10), a pair of pad plates(70,80), a carrier(30), and a disc(90). The caliper housing includes a piston(20). The carrier has the pad plates installed with a predetermined interval. The disc rotates together with a wheel while partially inserting an outer circumferential surface of the disc. The caliper housing includes a cylinder(11) and a finger part(12). The finger part operates the outer pad plate. The cylinder is provided at the rear portion of the caliper housing.
