An organic light emitting device is provided to generate self electro luminescence in various wavelengths by using an organic material and thus form excellent white light with a blue wavelength by electro luminescence. An organic light emitting device includes an electro luminescent unit(10) and a self electro luminescent unit(20). The electro luminescent unit has a multilayer structure and includes an organic light emitting layer(14) emitting light by an electric field. The self electro luminescent unit causes self electro luminescence by absorbing photons from the electro luminescent unit. The self electro luminescent unit includes an MQ(Metal Quenching) material layer(21) made of the same material of one stacked layer of the electro luminescent unit and self electro luminescence energy reducing layer(22) inducting self electro luminescence of a long wavelength in comparison with an electro luminescence of the organic light emitting layer.
