An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to form a conductive layer on a signal line and include conductive material within a seal pattern, thereby removing the necessity for a special short point process for electrically connecting a TFT substrate with a color filter substrate. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate(100) is divided into a display area(P1) where a TFT array is formed, and a non-display area(P2) except the display area. In a color filter substrate(300), a color filter array and a common electrode are formed. A signal line(110) is formed in a first area(210) of the non-display area, and supplies an external signal to a TFT. A common electrode line unit(160) is formed in a second area(220) different from the first area of the non-display area. An insulating layer is formed on the signal line and the common electrode line unit, and insulates the signal line and the common electrode line unit. A conductive layer(130) is formed on the insulating layer to be overlapped with the signal line and the common electrode line unit, and is electrically connected with the common electrode line unit. A seal pattern(150) is formed between the TFT substrate and the color filter substrate as being overlapped with the non-display area, and attaches the TFT substrate to the color filter substrate. The seal pattern includes dispersed type conductive material for electrically connecting the conductive layer with the common electrode. |
