A stamp having a function for preserving security is provided to prevent the stamp from being used by an illegal user by checking whether the use of the stamp is authenticated or not. A stamp includes a body(10), a voice input/output unit(20), an engraving part(30), and a cover(40). The body is formed in a cylindrical shape with a space to contain components. The voice input/output unit is installed inside the body to output a security voice when the stamp is used. The voice input/output unit records the security voice of the owner and outputs the recorded voice. The engraving part is connected to the bottom of the body. The name of the owner is engraved at the bottom surface of the engraving part. The cover is connected to the top of the body to seal the opened portion when the voice input/output unit is installed.
