PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio disk in which reproduction can be performed simply for a user when an audio signal is recorded mainly, which is easy to use, and in which a real time can be managed simply, and a decoding apparatus of audio signal. SOLUTION: The audio disk has an SMAG (simple audio manager), an AMG (audio manager), an audio title set (ATS) including a plurality of audio objects (AOB), and a still picture set (SPS). Each of the AOBs comprises two kinds of AOTT-AOB including only audio data and including the audio data and real time information data (RTI data).
