ABUTMENT SCREW

An abutment screw in which gold is coated on titanium or titanium alloy and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to increase the period of using by restraining the loosening of an abutment screw. A manufacturing method of an abutment screw in which gold is deposited on titanium or titanium alloy includes the steps of: (S1) forming a first metal layer by depositing gold on an abutment screw made of titanium or titanium alloy; (S2) improving the adhesion force of the first metal layer through the heat treatment; (S3) forming a second metal layer by electrically plating gold on the first metal layer that goes through heat treatment; and (S4) completing a gold coating layer on the abutment through heat treatment after the third step.
