A ventilating and cooling system of an electric box is provided to prevent damage to electric and electronic parts effectively by installing a dust collecting filter and a cooling device. A ventilating and cooling system of an electric box comprises an electric box(10) having an inlet hole(13) and an outlet hole(15) to ventilate external air with internal air, and electric and electronic parts constituting a control board in an inner space(10a). The electric box consists of a dust collecting filter(14), a dehumidifier(20), a moisture detecting sensor(21), and a cooling device(40). The dust collecting filter, installed at the inlet hole wherein the external air is flowed into the inner space, collects fine dust and impurities. The dehumidifier, positioned at the inner space of the electric box, has a dehumidifying filter(22) to remove moisture. The moisture detecting sensor, placed at the inner space of the electric box, detects moisture of the inner space. The cooling device, attached to the one side of the electric box, lowers the temperature of the inner space. The dehumidifier is attached to the inner surface of the inlet hole.
