A cleaning and antifreeze system for road surface is provided to prevent a road from freezing by injecting salty water on the road at an entrance of a tunnel. A cleaning and antifreeze system for road surface comprises a control unit, a water tank(20), a salty water tank(30), a control box(40), and a plurality of water injecting units(50). The water tank and the salty water tank are installed on the ground near an entrance of a tunnel. The control box is provided with a pressure pump(41) which is connected with the water tank and the salty water tank via an intake pipe(P1) installed in the middle of solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is connected with the control unit electrically. The water injecting units, which are connected with the pressure pump via a discharge pipe(P2), are installed at the center of the entrance of the tunnel to inject water or salty water to road surface of the entrance. The water injecting unit includes a built-in main body(51) and an injection cap(52). The built-in main body is buried under the entrance of the tunnel, and connected with the discharge pipe via a hole(51a). The injection cap reciprocates up and down on the main body, having a plurality of water outlets(56a).
