An apparatus for locking a remote controller signal receiving unit is provided to prevent an interference when a user is watching a TV due to an erroneous use of a remote controller and remove the necessity of re-setting a remote controller function due to an erroneous setting by children. A remote controller signal receiving unit(3) is moved to a position where it can receive a remote controller and to a position where it cannot receive a remote controller. A remote controller signal processing unit(5) is connected with the remote controller signal receiving unit by a connection line(4) and processes a signal received via the remote controller signal receiving unit. The remote controller signal receiving unit is mounted at one side of a rotatable primary gear(10) by a screw fixture. A secondary gear(20) is in mesh with the primary gear to rotate the primary gear. A lever(30) is integrated with the secondary gear through a screw fixture at one side of the rotatable secondary gear to rotate the secondary gear. An opening(40) is formed at one side of a TV to allow the lever installed at one side of the secondary gear to be operated forward and backward.
