<p>The present invention relates to a laminate film comprising a thermoplastic resin film and a laminate film provided at least one side of the thermoplastic resin film, the laminate film comprising an acrylic urethane copolymer resin (A), a polyester resin (B) and a cross-linking agent (C), and the cross-linking agent (C) being an isocyanate-type cross-linking agent and/or a carbodiimide-type cross-linking agent and contained in an amount of 5 to 70 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of the acrylic urethane copolymer resin (A) and the polyester resin (B). The invention provides a laminate film that is excellent in initial adhesion, adhesion after wet heat aging and adhesion after irradiation with UV ray, and is also excellent in transparency and coating appearance.</p> |
