<p>The device has a parallelepiped-shaped stud (3) equipped with a linking unit (4) i.e. flat sheet, and formed by two lateral walls (31, 32), a lateral sheet (33) and an upper sheet (36). The stud is immobilized on a rectangular horizontal carrier plate (1) by two weld beads running along two free edges of the wall (31) that is supported on the plate. The weld beads are parallel to a principal direction (DF) along which tractive effort (FY) is exerted. The free edges are perpendicular to a central axis (X3) of a pipe section with a rectangular section.</p> |
