A cone-shaped, metallic energy conductor (302) is connected with the polymer layer and includes an opening (3020), which is arranged at a position corresponding to the openings of the polymer layer. A ring-shaped vibration source (301) e.g. ultrasound vibration device, is connected with the conductor, and produces vibration and the vibration energy. |
