摘要 Environment-friendly construction interior materials and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to purify the polluted air by generating anions by yellow loess and to secure thermal insulation and sound insulation effects by using vermiculite. An environment-friendly construction interior material comprises a lower layer, a mesh(20), an upper layer, and a Korean paper(40). The lower layer is formed by molding the loess mixture produced by mixing raw materials and inorganic materials, in a flat panel form. The raw material is produced by mixing pine needles of 10~20vol.%, artemisia capillaries of 10~20vol.%, seaweeds of 10~20vol.%, and water of 40~70vol.% and heating and cooling down the mixture. The inorganic material consists of yellow loess of 30~40vol.%, vermiculite of 10~30vol.%, and plaster of 40~50vol.%. The mesh is positioned on one surface of the lower layer to increase binding force and ductility of the interior materials. The upper layer is formed on one surface of the mesh and formed by molding the loess mixture produced by mixing raw materials and inorganic materials, in a flat panel form. The raw material is produced by mixing pine needles of 10~20vol.%, artemisia capillaries of 10~20vol.%, seaweeds of 10~20vol.%, and water of 40~70vol.% and heating and cooling down the mixture. The inorganic material consists of yellow loess of 30~40vol.%, vermiculite of 10~30vol.%, and plaster of 40~50vol.%. The Korean paper is formed on one surface of the upper layer and bonded to the walls easily by using an adhesive or an air tacker.
