A method for assembling a wheel arch of a vehicle is provided to allow a wheel arch portion to be assembled without an additional process and to enhance the sealing performance of the wheel arch portion. A method for assembling a wheel arch of a vehicle comprises the steps of forming a round portion by bending an end portion of a side outer panel corresponding to a distal end portion of the quarter inner panel inward(S1), applying an adhesive on an internal surface of the side outer panel to which one bottom side of the quarter inner panel makes contact(S2), adhering the bottom side of the quarter inner panel on a surface of the side outer panel, on which is applied the adhesive(S3), applying a wide sealer on the inside of the round portion of the side outer panel to completely cover the side outer panel and the quarter inner panel(S4), and simultaneously hardening the wide sealer and the adhesive by irradiating a laser beam(S5).
