The skewer has a pew (4) on which prawns are mounted, where each prawn has a peeled central portion (1) delimited by a non peeled head portion (2) and a non peeled tail portion (3). The pew is mounted across the portions (2, 3) of the prawns in a manner that the portion (1) extends on a side of the pew without being crossed by the pew. The portion (3) forms an angle with the pew in order to cause curve of the portion (1). |
