<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation that created imposition PDFs cannot be drawn or printed by a PDF viewer or a printer due to such reasons that the number of drawing objects is too much, the PDFs do not correspond to a drawing instruction, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A imposition PDF creation system is provided with a means for inputting documents, an imposition control means for controlling imposition of documents, an imposition PDF creation means for creating PDFs imposed according to imposition information of the imposition control means, and an imposition PDF output means for outputting imposition PDFs. When the number of drawing objects in a target page imposed on the same page is larger than a threshold, the PDF creation means executes RIP processing of these drawing objects to an imposition state to convert the drawing objects to images and then creates imposition PDFs, and when the number of drawing objects is smaller than the threshold, corrects PDFs as they are and creates imposition PDFs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
