PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canopy of a mini standpipe on a coke oven easily detachable in maintenance. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the switching device 200 for the canopy 160 in the mini standpipe system having the mini standpipe 130 which communicates with a carbonization chamber 120 at the bottom and having a switchable canopy 160 on the top end of the mini standpipe 130, erected on a coke oven 100, wherein the top end of the mini standpipe 130 of a carbonization chamber 120 into which coal is supplied, and the top end of the mini standpipe 130 of another adjacent carbonization chamber 120 are communicated with a communicating pipe 170 by removing the canopy 160 of the other adjacent carbonization chamber 120, and supplying the gas generated in the carbonization chamber 120 in supplying coal to the other carbonization chamber 120, wherein the device has a holder 220 installed on the adjacent of each mini standpipe 130 and attached on the canopy 160 in maintenance of the mini standpipe 130 and an air cylinder 230 for driving the holder 220.
