METHOD FOR PROCESSING MOLTEN ALLOYS

The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to methods for processing molten alloys of different materials, including metal alloys, with the view to obtaining alloys exhibiting predetermined properties. The inventive method for processing molten alloys consists in melting materials in a heating device, in crystallising a melt in a mould and in exposing the melt to the action of a variable controllable physical field. An alternating electromagnetic field is used in the form of a physical field. At the beginning, the natural atomic oscillation frequencies intrinsic to a chemical element contained in the alloy are determined by calculation. The melt in the liquid phase and/or during the crystallisation thereof is exposed to the action of at least one resonance frequency which is multiple to the calculated natural atomic oscillation frequency of at least one chemical element contained in the alloy. The resonance oscillation frequencies of the electromagnetic field are selected from a frequency band ranging from 10KHz to 20MHz.
