<p>An apparatus and a method for transmitting uplink signals in a wireless communication system are provided to diversify and transmit uplink signals temporally, transmitted to a base station by a terminal, so as for a proper number of uplink signals to be allocated to a separate symbol section, thereby improving the density of a transmission power spectrum and reducing the error rate of the uplink signals. An apparatus(100) for transmitting uplink signals comprises a residual power measurement unit(110), a signal allocation unit(120), and a signal transmitter(130). The signal allocation unit checks a control signal to transmit through the control channel of an uplink frame and allocates at least one of plural control signals to a second symbol section when the control signals are scheduled to be allocated to a first symbol section in symbols forming the control channel. The signal transmitter transmits the control signal to a corresponding symbol section according to a scheduling method allocated in the signal allocation unit.</p> |
