PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device, a photographing method, and a program, capable of surely acquiring three-dimensional data regarding an object for which a three-dimensional model is created. SOLUTION: A photographing condition calculating part 10b calculates a photographing direction being the next photographing condition, regarding an object for which a three-dimensional model is created, on the basis of photographing information including a photographing direction recorded by a photographing information recording part 10a, and a notifying part 10c notifies the photographing direction. Namely, the photographing direction is notified so that image data that are insufficient as three-dimensional data can be acquired for image data which have been already acquired by photographing. Consequently, a photographer can surely acquire three-dimensional data about the target object only by directing the photographing device in a prescribed photographing direction and performing photographing according to notified contents.
